Arizona law requires Certified Legal Document Preparers (CLDPs) to provide the following disclosure to all clients before providing services. This disclosure is made pursuant to the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA), Section 7-208.

By law, you are hereby informed of the following:
- I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Arizona or any other state. I am a Certified Legal Document Preparer authorized under ACJA Section 7-208 to prepare or provide legal documents, without the supervision of an attorney, for an entity or member of the public engaged in self-representation.
- I am not a law firm. DemandLetterService.com is a legal document preparation service, not a law firm.
- I cannot provide legal advice. I cannot tell you what your legal rights or remedies are, what legal actions you should or should not take, how to present your case, what to say in court, or how to interpret a statute, regulation, or court order.
- I cannot provide legal opinions. I cannot offer opinions about the merits of your case, the likely outcome of your dispute, or whether you should pursue legal action.
- I cannot provide legal recommendations. I cannot recommend a particular course of action, strategy, or decision. All legal decisions are yours to make.
- Communications are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege. Information you share with me is NOT privileged and may be subject to disclosure in legal proceedings. If you need privileged communications, consult a licensed attorney.
- You have the right to rescind. You may cancel your engagement with this service within three (3) business days of signing the client agreement. Cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
How to File a Complaint
If you believe a Certified Legal Document Preparer has violated the rules governing CLDPs under ACJA Section 7-208, you have the right to file a complaint with the Arizona Supreme Court.

About CLDP Certification
A Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) is an individual or business entity certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to prepare or provide legal documents, without the supervision of an attorney, for an entity or a member of the public who is engaged in self-representation in any legal matter.
CLDPs are regulated by the Arizona Supreme Court and must:
- Pass a certification examination
- Maintain a surety bond
- Complete continuing education requirements
- Comply with the ACJA Section 7-208 rules of conduct
- Provide this disclosure to every client
Your Rights as a Client
As a client of a Certified Legal Document Preparer, you have the right to:
- Receive this disclosure before services begin
- Cancel within 3 business days for a full refund
- Receive a written agreement detailing services and fees
- Have your documents prepared accurately and professionally
- File a complaint if you believe rules have been violated
- Consult with a licensed attorney at any time
