Last Updated: April 2026
This Client Engagement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DemandLetterService.com ("Service Provider," "we," "us") and you ("Client," "you") when you purchase or engage our legal document preparation services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We provide legal document preparation services only. Our services include:
Our services are limited to document preparation at your specific direction. We do not provide legal analysis, case evaluation, negotiation, or representation of any kind.
No attorney-client relationship is created by this Agreement or your use of our services. We are a Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) under Arizona law, not a law firm. We cannot and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal recommendations. All legal decisions are yours to make. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
As our client, you agree to:
Service fees are based on the tier you select at the time of purchase:
| Service Tier | Includes |
|---|---|
| Standard | Demand letter preparation, 1 revision, PDF delivery |
| Professional | Demand letter + supporting documents, 2 revisions, priority delivery |
| Premium | Full document package, unlimited revisions, certified mail coordination, rush delivery |
Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars and are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Each service tier includes revisions as described above. Revisions allow you to request changes to tone, structure, emphasis, phrasing, and presentation of your documents.
Revisions do not include:
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of document delivery. Additional revisions beyond your tier's included amount may be purchased at $35 per revision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your personal information or case details to third parties except:
Important: Confidentiality is NOT attorney-client privilege. While we keep your information confidential as a business practice, communications between you and a CLDP are not protected by attorney-client privilege. This means your communications with us could potentially be subject to discovery in legal proceedings. If you need privileged communications, consult with a licensed attorney.
We retain copies of all client files and prepared documents for a period of 7 years from the date of service completion, consistent with Arizona's statute of limitations for contract and tort claims.
During this retention period, you may request copies of your documents at any time. After the 7-year period, files are securely destroyed. You are advised to keep your own copies of all documents.
Pursuant to ACJA Section 7-208, you have the right to rescind (cancel) this Agreement within 3 business days of signing, for any reason. If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, CLDP Disclosure, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and DemandLetterService.com regarding the services described herein. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
