DemandLetterService.com ("we," "us," "our") provides legal document preparation services as an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) under ACJA Section 7-208. Our services are limited to preparing, completing, and filing legal documents at the specific direction of our clients.
We are not a law firm. We are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal recommendations. We do not represent clients in court or in negotiations. No attorney-client relationship is formed through use of our services.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount associated with the service tier you select. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that demand letters do not guarantee any particular response or outcome from the recipient, and we make no representations to the contrary.
In the event of a dispute between you and DemandLetterService.com, we agree to the following resolution process:
Contact us at support@demandletterservice.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may request non-binding mediation in Maricopa County, Arizona. Both parties will share mediation costs equally.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, if the claim qualifies under the court's jurisdictional limits.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DemandLetterService.com.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
